This page is to be used as a guide for our return process. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order arrival. We will need you to ship the original merchandise back to us including your completed return/exchange form (attached PDF) in order to process your return or exchange. If this information is not included in your packaging we will not be able to process your request.For any additional assistance please contact our support team by submitting a ticket 24/7.

Please include:

  • The attached PDF that you have properly filled out.

  • Your item(s) you plan on returning.

Clothing and Apparel:

  • Returns or exchanges on clothing that has been washed will not be accepted.

  • Returns or exchanges on clothing that has been worn will not be accepted.

Accessories:

  • All accessories returned or exchanged must be unopened, unused, and in condition as received.

Music and Media:

  • We can only accept returns of music and media items that are unopened.

  • Please be sure that we still have the items you would like to exchange available on the store before sending your items back.

Be sure to use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless you have obtained proof of delivery.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your exchange and reship the item you request. If there are any issues with your exchange we will contact you via email.

Due to high merchandise demand and varying stock levels, if by chance, we are unable to offer exchanges because a specific style or size has sold out, you may return the original item in accordance to the return guidelines and place a new order for an item of equal or lesser value.

Defective and/or damaged merchandise due to shipping must be reported to the band support within 30 days of purchase, and pre-authorized for return to be considered eligible for a refund. Please contact Customer Service to obtain authorization and a prepaid shipping label to cover return expenses.  A refund of the original product cost, taxes, and pro-rated shipping charges will be processed within 10 business days from the date that the damaged/defective goods are received at the bands support staff.

If you have received a return shipping label, make sure you send your item(s) back within 2 weeks from receiving your return shipping label or your return shipping label will become invalid.
